We wish to inform IUCEA member institutions and the general public that the Third IUCEA Annual Meeting will be held on 30thMarch 2012 in Kigali, Rwanda, under the theme "The Role of Universities in Fostering Knowledge-driven Economies in East Africa through University/Industry Partnership".
