Mr. Hatungimana Dieudonne is an Economist with special interest in planning and strategic plan development. He is currently the Senior Planning and Resource Mobilisation Officer at IUCEA, providing leadership in the coordination of processes to prepare IUCEA strategic/Master Plans and ensure its effective implementation and review, work closely with division/unit/section heads and other professional staff of IUCEA in the development of budget and capital plan. Managed aspects of the budget functions including examining estimates for accuracy and advised management on the precision of budgeting processes in conformity with financial regulations and procedures. Hatungimana Dieudonne holds a master’s degree in Economic Policy Management from Makerere University, Uganda
