Mr Stephen Anywar is a distinguished Certified Public Accountant, accredited by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and a proud member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU). He holds an impressive academic background with two Master of Business Administration degrees—one in Accounting and Finance from Makerere University and another in Strategic Management from the University of Leicester School of Management. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialisation in Accounting from Makerere University, Kampala.

With over 30 years of extensive experience, Mr Anywar has established himself as a formidable leader in both external and internal auditing, administration, and financial management.

His expertise shines brightest in the realm of Development Partner Funded Projects, where he has demonstrated exceptional capabilities in managing complex financial structures and systems, particularly for prominent organisations like the World Bank, African Development Bank, and Islamic Development Bank.

Throughout his career, he has successfully developed comprehensive administrative and financial management systems tailored for projects, provided strategic leadership in financial management, and crafted meticulous financial plans and budgets. His proficiency in managing the disbursement of funds and implementing robust internal controls ensures the effective stewardship of both financial and physical resources.
