Professor Alexis Ndabarushimana

Senior Quality Assurance and Standards Officer at IUCEA

PhD Holder, Professor Ndabarushimana Alexis is a higher education quality assurance practitioner from the Republic of Burundi. He is the current Senior Quality Assurance and Standards Officer (SQASO). Prof. Ndabarushimana Alexis previously worked as the Permanent Executive Secretary of National Commission for Higher Education in Burundi. before occupying that post, he served as Deputy Director in Charge of Academic Affairs and Research at Burundi National School of Administration.

He also served as a Director in charge of Quality Assurance at Hope Africa University. He is one of certified senior consultants in Burundi. He has published two scientific books and ten scientific papers with international scientific journals. Prof. Ndabarushimana has a Master degree in Public Policy and Management from Peking University in the Popular Republic of China and PhD in sociology of Rural Development. He is married with 3 children.
