The Government of Rwanda has received a loan from the World Bank for a Priority Skills Growth project.  Through this project, the University of Rwanda is implementing the development and delivery of high quality and market-relevant (new or updated) academic programs in 3 sectors: Transport and Logistics, Energy, and Agro-processing. The University of Rwanda invites eligible bidders to submit technical offers for upgrading teaching and learning facilities and ICT-enabled pedagogies.
