  1. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, obtained in 2024 from the Catholic University of Bukavu in the Democratic Republic of Congo. I am currently residing in Lubumbashi, where I continue my professional journey while constantly seeking to expand my knowledge and skills.
Passionate about the field of Human Resource Management and deeply motivated to learn, I wish to pursue a Master’s degree in order to deepen my knowledge, acquire new skills, and develop expertise that will enable me to better contribute to the development of organizations.
However, due to my limited financial means, I am seeking a scholarship that would allow me to continue my studies under good conditions\. I am particularly interested in Master’s programs in Human Resource Management, Management, Leadership, Administration, or related fields.
I am a serious, motivated, and open\-minded individual, committed to continuous learning and determined to progress both academically and professionally\. My ambition is to become a skilled professional in the field of human resources and to apply the knowledge and experience gained to serve organizations and contribute to the development of my country, the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Currently residing in Lubumbashi, I am ready to seize any training opportunity that will allow me to continue my academic journey, even abroad, and to adapt to a new academic and professional environment.
